Youth Care Worker
The heart of every campus. You ensure line of sight and physical supervision, provide daily care, and make sure each child's safety and security needs are met according to policy. High school diploma or GED required. A good driving record may be required. Must be flexible with scheduling and able to work all shifts. Paid training in CBT, Therapeutic Crisis Intervention, and First Aid and CPR.
Individual, group, and family therapy with adolescents, using CBT. Eligible for the internal CBT certification track with the Beck Institute and the Academy of Cognitive Therapy, plus CAADC and JSOT tracks, all fees paid. Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field.
Guide families from first call to license: orientation, clearances, PRIDE training, and home study, all tracked in Noble Child. Bachelor's degree in social work or a related human services field.
Students in social work, counseling, psychology, education, and business work alongside our teams in residential and community-based programs. Many interns become employees.
