Alumni Opportunity gives graduates and former clients of every Wolverine youth program access to scholarships, counseling, and community resources. Children of alumni are eligible too, as Alumni Legacy applicants.

Four annual scholarships

Awarded each year at the Annual Scholarship Awards Banquet.

The Wayne Anderson Award

For an alumnus who has overcome serious difficulties on the way to their goals.

The Victors Award

For the alumnus who has shown the most growth and expansion of perspective through extracurricular activities.

William L. Tilton Scholarship

For the alumnus who has made the most progress in higher education.

Young Family Foundation Scholarship

For alumni pursuing vocational or trade school.

Who is eligible

Alumni of any Wolverine youth program: Community Based Programs (foster care or independent living) and residential programs (Wolverine Growth and Recovery Center, Clarence Fischer Center, Wolverine Center, Wolverine Secure Treatment Center, and Vassar House). Children of alumni may apply as Alumni Legacy applicants.
