Evans and helped lead efforts to improve outcomes for young people and families across the region.

Building Momentum at Wolverine

Since arriving at Wolverine, Melissa has played an instrumental role in reshaping our mission and focus through a practical, back-to-basics approach centered on accountability, service, and results. Her leadership and vision have already made a meaningful impact, strengthening our commitment to the children, youth, and families who depend on us.

A Belief That Everyone Matters

Melissa is deeply committed to juvenile justice, child welfare, and expanding support for at-risk youth. She is guided by a simple but powerful belief: everyone matters. That belief aligns closely with Wolverine’s values and our longstanding mission of helping vulnerable individuals build brighter futures.
