Peter and Anthony Mutabazi

Peter Mutabazi adopted his son Anthony through Wolverine Human Services. Their story, of a single father who said yes when a boy needed a home, reached CBS, FOX, and Good Morning America and inspired families across the country to consider foster care and adoption.
